Private Equity Insights in London is seeking a Sales Executive to drive revenue by selling delegate passes for international conferences. You will engage senior professionals, maintain a robust pipeline and hit ambitious monthly targets. You will operate from our Victoria office, with no remote work.

The role offers training, coaching, and the opportunity to grow quickly within a high-performance sales team, with uncapped earning potential and exposure to global executives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience.
• Experience with outbound prospecting or new business development is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills required.
• Demonstrates resilience and persistence in a high-activity environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by selling delegate passes to senior professionals at global conferences.
• Proactively reach out to prospective delegates and convert them into paying attendees.
• Own ambitious monthly revenue targets and work to exceed them.
• Execute high-volume outreach: 50+ calls per day to generate opportunities.
• Manage full sales pipeline from first contact to close.
