Job summary

Private Equity Insights is seeking a commercially driven sales professional to join our London team, selling delegate passes to senior professionals at international conferences in a high-performance, phone-based B2B environment.

You will generate new business, manage your own pipeline from first contact to close, and work toward ambitious revenue targets from our Victoria, London office. The role requires the right to work in the UK and a proactive, target-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience.
• Experience proactively contacting leads, building relationships and converting opportunities into sales.
• A strong commercial mindset and motivation to hit and exceed revenue targets.
• Confidence speaking with new people and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Resilience and persistence – you’re comfortable hearing “no” and continuing to push for results.
• A high level of ownership over your pipeline, follow-ups and performance.
• A desire to learn, improve and develop quickly.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by proactively reaching out to prospective delegates.
• Sell delegate passes to senior professionals across Europe.
• Manage your sales pipeline from initial contact through to close.
• Work towards ambitious individual revenue targets.
• Develop a strong understanding of our conferences, audiences and industries.
