Job summary

SetSales in London is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive revenue by selling delegate passes to senior professionals attending international conferences. You will own targets, engage in high-volume outreach, and build a robust pipeline to convert opportunities into paid attendance.

As part of an ambitious, entrepreneurial team, you’ll receive training and coaching with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience.
• Outbound prospecting experience is preferred.
• Comfort with high-volume outreach and targets.
• Ability to own targets, pipeline and follow-ups.
• Strong communication skills and relationship-building.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by selling delegate passes to senior professionals at international conferences.
• Own targets and work toward ambitious monthly revenue goals.
• Execute high-volume outreach (50+ calls per day).
• Manage your pipeline from first conversation to close.
• Become an expert on conferences, audiences and industries to improve sales confidence.
