• 1+ year of B2B sales experience, preferably phone-based or telesales.
• Proactively contact leads and convert opportunities into sales.
• Strong commercial mindset with motivation to hit revenue targets.
• Confident speaking with new people and building rapport quickly.
• Owns pipeline, follow-ups and ongoing performance improvements.
