Hunter James Recruitment Ltd is seeking an energetic Lead Generation Specialist to drive a robust pipeline of B2B opportunities. You will initiate contact through telemarketing, qualify prospects, and nurture relationships to support sales growth.

You will engage with potential clients in English and Spanish, collaborate with the sales team, and maintain accurate records in our CRM to help improve lead quality and achieve team targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing roles.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce.
• Ability to articulate value propositions clearly over phone and email.
• Knowledge of sales processes and lead qualification techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns to generate new business leads and set appointments for the sales team.
• Engage with prospective clients via phone, emails, and social media in English and Spanish.
• Qualify inbound inquiries by assessing client needs and matching them with our solutions.
• Maintain accurate lead interactions in CRM systems such as Salesforce or equivalent.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop outreach strategies and improve lead quality.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move leads through the funnel.
• Track and report lead generation metrics to optimize outreach and meet team goals.
