Job summary

Impact Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced Telemarketer / Lead Generation Executive for a Northampton-based role offering 40,000 basic plus 500-1,000 monthly bonus. You’ll make 100+ outbound calls daily, identify opportunities and book appointments for the sales team.

The ideal candidate has around five years in telemarketing or high-volume B2B sales, is confident and resilient, with strong CRM skills (Pipedrive).

Qualifications

• Ideal: around 5 years' experience in telemarketing, telesales, lead generation or high-volume B2B sales.
• Proactive, resilient and target-driven with the ability to handle rejection.

Responsibilities

• Make 100+ outbound calls per day to a supplied database.
• Identify new business opportunities and book appointments for the sales team.
• Speak with commercial and industrial businesses across sectors.
• Build rapport and understand customer requirements.
• Follow up conversations, warm leads and quotations.
• Qualify opportunities before passing to the sales team.
• Record detailed information in Pipedrive CRM.
• Work closely with the sales team to maximise opportunities.
• Meet call, lead and appointment targets.
