Responsibilities

• Deliver five-star service from guests' arrival to departure.
• Perform core treatments according to brand-specific routines.
• Maintain knowledge of spa services and products.
• Upsell treatments and retail products.
• Complete tasks as requested by Senior Therapist and Spa Manager.
• Promote spa products and establish client relationships.
