A global investment firm in London is seeking a highly motivated Corporate/M&A Lawyer to join its Legal Division. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in corporate law, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to identify and address legal risks effectively. This role involves managing legal aspects of investments, liaising with top law firms, and contributing to teamwork within the department.

The Legal and Compliance Department (LCD) manages the legal and regulatory compliance risks, and partners with the business to ensure that legal and regulatory issues and risks are identified, assessed and dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
We are looking for a highly motivated, high calibre corporate/M&A lawyer to join our Legal Division in London as an AVP/VP, to partner investment professionals in the GIC Real Estate group in their investment activities.
