We are looking for a driven Account Manager with a passion for AV and collaboration technology to join our expanding team. This role is all about working as a specialist overlay with our account managers to uncover opportunities and deliver solutions that enhance the way organisations connect and work together.

The Role
  • Work with our account management teams to proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within AV & Collaboration across a diverse range of sectors.
  • Build strong consultative relationships with clients acting as a trusted advisor to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with account managers, technical specialists and project teams to create compelling proposals and drive opportunities from initial contact through to successful closure.
  • Deliver engaging client meetings, presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of TIEVA’s solutions.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by managing a healthy pipeline and converting opportunities with Account Managers.
  • Stay ahead of the market by keeping up to date with AV and collaboration trends ensuring clients benefit from the latest innovations.
  • Represent TIEVA at industry events, networking opportunities and vendor sessions to raise awareness and drive growth.
The Candidate
  • Proven track record in consultative sales, ideally within AV, UC or collaboration solutions.

  • Collaborate with our Account Managers to deliver the best outcomes for every customer.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).
