Job summary

A mental health service provider in Armagh is seeking a qualified RMN to join the Community Rehabilitation Team. The successful candidate will provide assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage their own caseload to support individuals with complex mental health needs. This role requires a minimum of 2 years post-registration experience, including relevant specialty experience, and a valid UK driving license. The position is based at St Luke's Hospital Site.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years post-registration experience, including 12 months in a mental health setting.
• Active registration on part 1 of the NMC Live Register.
• Full driving license valid in the UK, or approved alternative transport.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage own caseload within the Community Rehabilitation Team.
• Conduct assessments and create rehabilitation plans for clients.
• Apply knowledge of conditions to improve clients' functional performance.
