Job summary

Marshall Land Rover Bedford is seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to motivate and manage a team of technicians, ensuring excellent service delivery and efficient workshop operations. You will allocate job cards, balance workloads, perform quality checks to meet brand standards, and oversee EVHC and service booking systems, while delivering outstanding customer service to clients.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Workshop Controller, ideally from a franchised dealership.
Ability to motivate a team and maintain a professional, calm approach.
Proficient IT skills, preferably EVHC software experience.
Problem-solving mindset to anticipate and resolve operational barriers.
Customer-centric attitude and pride in delivering great results.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage and motivate a team of technicians to meet daily workshop demands.
Allocate job cards and manage technicians' workloads to maximise productivity.
Perform quality checks to ensure work meets brand standards and drive service success.
Oversee technical workshop solutions including EVHC and service booking systems.
Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
