The role requires strong practical technical knowledge, a track record in the automotive sector and a full UK driving licence. It offers a path to progression within a growing leisure vehicle business.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Workshop Controller, Workshop Foreman, Senior Technician or similar.
• Strong practical technical knowledge and hands-on workshop experience.
• Experience within the automotive industry.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day ownership of the workshop and its performance.
• Lead, support and provide direction to an experienced team of technicians.
• Plan workshop workloads and allocate jobs effectively across the team.
• Manage technician productivity and utilisation.
• Work closely with the Operations Manager to manage the workshop diary and upcoming workload.
