Jago Consultants is recruiting a Service Advisor for a well known car brand near Bicester. The role requires experience as a Service Advisor in a motor garage and a full driving licence.

You will interact with customers, explain service options, estimate costs, and manage job cards using an in-house system. Strong customer service skills, the ability to build rapport and drive CSI results, and confidence in up-selling will help you succeed in this position.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor in a motor garage.
• Some experience within Parts would be beneficial.
• Full driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Inform customers about service and repair needs professionally.
• Advise on estimated repair costs and work.
• Promote additional products to meet customer needs.
• Explain timescales and collection arrangements.
• Create job cards on the in-house system.
• Update customer and vehicle records.
• Document warranty work per manufacturer policy.
• Prepare and finalise invoices.
