The successful candidate will have prior service-advisor experience in a motor garage, hold a full driving licence, and demonstrate strong customer service skills with the opportunity to upsell.

• Experience as a Service Advisor in a motor garage.

Responsabilidades

• Advise customers on service and repair work and costs.
• Produce job cards on in-house system.
• Update customer and vehicle records.
• Document warranty work per manufacturer policy.
• Prepare and complete invoices.
