Confidential in Oxford is seeking a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy aftersales team. You will be the link between customers and the workshop, ensuring exceptional service while supporting efficient service operations.

The ideal candidate has experience in automotive aftersales or customer service, strong communication, organisational skills, and a full UK driving licence (preferred).

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive aftersales or customer service is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong organisational and admin abilities with attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage service and repair bookings.
• Record customer concerns and vehicle requirements accurately.
• Liaise with workshop technicians on progress and extra work.
• Provide customers with updates during repairs.
• Prepare and explain service invoices and costs.
• Promote and sell additional aftersales products and services.
• Complete all administrative tasks accurately and on time.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Handle queries and complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with service and parts colleagues.
