Lookers Motor Group Limited operates Chester Vauxhall & Kia and is recruiting an experienced Service Advisor to join the Aftersales Team on site.

Hours are 42 per week, with a basic salary of £29,000 and OTE up to £35,000, uncapped. You’ll maintain strong customer communications, book MOTs and services, upsell parts, and work closely with the Aftersales department to keep customers informed.

Competenze

• Proven ability to communicate clearly with customers
• Experience in automotive aftersales or service advisory
• Skills in upselling parts and advising on warranty coverage
• Familiarity with dealer systems like Kerridge/ADP advantageous

Mansioni

• Booking MOTs, services and other repair work for customers
• Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling parts/accessories
• Liaising with Aftersales to schedule appointments based on workload
• Managing high-volume daily customer interactions and calls
• Informing customers of turnaround times and workshop status
• Maintaining accurate customer records and bookings
