Job summary

Lookers Limited is recruiting a Service Advisor to join the Aftersales Team on site at Gatwick Mercedes-Benz. You will be a proactive team player with excellent communication skills, responsible for booking MOTs and services, advising on warranties, and coordinating with the Aftersales department to schedule appointments.

The role offers a permanent, full-time contract, 42 hours per week, and a salary structure with OTE up to £38,000 (basic £32,000).

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Book MOTs, services and other repair work for customers.
• Advise customers about warranty cover and upsell parts/accessories.
• Coordinate with Aftersales to schedule appointments based on workload.
• Handle a high volume of customer inquiries and bookings daily.
• Inform customers of turnaround times and maintain clear communication while their car is in the workshop.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the booking systems.
