Job summary

Lookers Ltd at Stockport Kia is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join the Aftersales Team on site for a 12-month FTC. You will book MOTs and services, advise on warranty coverage, and upsell parts with a focus on delivering a first-class customer experience.

The role reports to the Aftersales Manager and offers ongoing in-house training, with real opportunities for progression within a busy dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor in automotive Aftersales.
• Excellent communication skills and rapport building.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Experience with Kerridge/ADP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Book MOTs, services and other repair work for customers.
• Advise customers about warranty cover and upsell parts/accessories.
• Coordinate with Aftersales to schedule appointments based on workload.
• Handle a high volume of customer queries by phone and online.
• Inform customers of turnaround times and maintain clear communication.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update booking systems.
