Job summary

Liverpool Vauxhall is recruiting an experienced and dedicated Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team on site. You will build rapport with customers and colleagues while booking MOTs, services and repairs.

This role is 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday with one early finish per week and Saturdays on a rota, with a basic salary of £29,000 and OTE up to £35,000, plus a generous benefits package and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn Kerridge/ADP systems.

Responsibilities

• Booking MOTs, services and repairs.
• Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling parts/accessories.
• Liaising with Aftersales to schedule appointments based on workload.
• Managing a high-volume of customers and calls daily.
• Informing customers of turnaround times and workshop status.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating bookings.
