Lookers Motor Group Limited is recruiting a Service Advisor for Preston Volkswagen on site. The role supports the Aftersales team with bookings, warranty advice, and customer communications to ensure efficient workshop flow.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service and communication skills, with experience in automotive aftersales. Full-time hours and a competitive salary with OTE up to £35,000 are on offer.

Qualifications

• Booking MOTs, services and other repair work for customers.
• Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling parts.
• Liaising with Aftersales to organise and schedule appointments.
• Managing a high-volume of customer interactions daily.

Responsibilities

• Booking MOTs, services and other repair work for our customers
• Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling additional parts / accessories
• Liaising with the full Aftersales department to organise and schedule appointments
• Managing a high-volume of customers daily as well as telephone calls and online booking queries
• Informing customers of turnaround times and ensure clear communication while their car is in the workshop
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating systems after bookings
