Job summary

Lookers Limited is recruiting an experienced Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team on site in Stockport. You will book MOTs and services, upsell parts, and liaise with the Aftersales department to schedule work while delivering a first-class customer experience.

You should have strong communication skills and the ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions, with knowledge of Kerridge or ADP being advantageous. This is a permanent, full-time role with progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role within automotive Aftersales.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills are essential.
• Ability to upsell parts and services while delivering great service.

Responsibilities

• Book MOTs, services and other repairs for customers.
• Inform customers about warranty cover and upsell where beneficial.
• Liaise with Aftersales to schedule appointments based on workload.
• Handle a high-volume of customers and calls daily.
• Keep customers informed of turnaround times and progress.
• Maintain accurate customer records and bookings in the system.
