Job summary

Lookers Motor Group Limited is recruiting a Service Advisor at Liverpool Vauxhall on site. The role is a permanent full-time position, working 42 hours per week with a base salary of £29,000 and an uncapped OTE up to £35,000.

You will join a busy Aftersales team, delivering a first-class customer experience, booking MOTs and services, and upselling parts while maintaining strong communication with customers and colleagues. Training and progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive Aftersales environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Book MOTs, services and other repair work for customers.
• Advise customers about warranty cover and upsell parts and accessories.
• Coordinate with Aftersales to schedule appointments and manage high-volume inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records and booking data.
