Job summary

Lookers’ Basingstoke Audi is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join the Aftersales Team on site. You will coordinate MOTs and services, engage with customers about warranties, and upsell parts and accessories while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role offers a 42-hour week, with a basic salary of £32,000 and an OTE up to £38,000 (uncapped). Training and progression opportunities are available within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Booking MOTs, services and other repair work for customers
• Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling additional parts / accessories
• Liaising with the Aftersales department to schedule appointments based on workload
• Managing a high volume of customers daily including phone calls and online bookings
• Informing customers of turnaround times and maintaining clear communication while their car is in the workshop
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating booking systems
