Chester Vauxhall & Kia is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join the Aftersales Team on site. You will book MOTs, services and repair work, and provide excellent customer care while communicating effectively with customers and colleagues.

The role offers training, potential progression, and a supportive team environment within a busy dealership in Chester. A keen customer focus and ability to explain technical details clearly are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Previous experience in a high-volume service environment is advantageous.
• Familiarity with dealer systems such as Kerridge/ADP is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Booking MOTs, services and other repair work for customers.
• Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling parts or accessories.
• Liaising with Aftersales to organise and schedule appointments based on workload.
