Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing service role within automotive aftersales.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building with customers.
• Willingness to learn Kerridge/ADP and other dealer systems.

Responsibilities

• Booking MOTs, services and other repair work for customers.
• Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling parts/ accessories.
• Liaising with the Aftersales department to schedule appointments based on workload and call volumes.
• Managing a high-volume of customers daily including calls and online bookings.
• Informing customers of turnaround times and communicating during the workshop.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating systems after bookings.
