Job summary

Qualifications

A reputable automotive dealership in Tonbridge is seeking a Service Advisor to join their team. This is an excellent Service Advisor opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals looking to advance their careers within a prestigious and well-established dealership group. The Service Advisor will be the first point of contact for customers, providing expert advice and exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Competitive basic salary of £32,000 to £34,000, negotiable based on experience

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:30, with one in four Saturdays 08:00 to 13:00

Duties of a Service Advisor:

• Previous motor trade experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role
• Good technical understanding of motor vehicles
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Professional, polite, and attentive attitude
• Confidence in processing payments and handling customer relations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence, preferably clean
