About the Role

Wage is based on level of experience brought to the role from £26,000 - £34,000

We are looking for a motivated and technically minded Automotive & Engineering Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands Automotive and engineering products and processes, enjoys building strong client relationships, and is driven by results.

You will be responsible for managing inbound enquiries, developing new business opportunities, and supporting customers across the motorsport, automotive, and engineering sectors with high-quality, performance-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow sales across automotive, and engineering customers
  • Handle inbound enquiries and proactively develop new business opportunities
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and new business
  • Prepare quotations, follow up leads, and close sales
  • Work closely with engineering, production, and the rest of the sales team
  • Attend motorsport events, trade shows, and customer visits when required
  • Maintain accurate CRM and sales records
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in sales, ideally withinmotorsport, automotive, or engineering
  • A general understanding of, engineering processes.
  • Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple enquiries
  • Full UK driving licence
Desirable (But Not Essential)
  • Background in motorsport, engineering, or automotive manufacturing
  • Knowledge of CNC-machined parts and fabrication.
  • Experience working with B2B trade customers
  • CRM
