Job summary

Motofix Group is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be the public face of the business during vehicle repairs. You will deliver friendly, professional support and manage administrative tasks to ensure a smooth customer journey.

The role requires initiative, attention to detail and the ability to provide outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. Salary is competitive with overtime and weekend rota benefits.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Experience in automotive background advantageous.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office and repair management systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional and welcoming service to customers.
• Schedule vehicle repair bookings and manage workflow.
• Guide customers through the repair claims process with clear guidance.
• Maintain accurate records in repair management systems.
• Handle insurance excess payments and processing.
• Respond to queries via phone, email and other channels.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services.
