Amour Recruitment is partnered with a Poole-based company seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their team. You will work alongside the service, parts and technician teams and be a key member at the heart of our client’s operation.

The role requires excellent telephone manners, IT proficiency, and knowledge of the automotive industry. Hours are Monday to Friday 08:00–18:00 with every third Saturday morning 08:00–12:00, so flexibility is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone manner is required.
• Working IT skills and computer literacy are essential.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Controlling all functions on a busy service desk.
• Taking payments.
• Scheduling booking and appointments.
• Raising job cards.
• General administration.
