Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD in the United Kingdom is seeking a Service Advisor to join our front-of-house team at a premier automotive dealership in Bexhill-on-Sea. You will greet customers, manage service bookings, coordinate with the workshop, and update customers on progress, with a focus on upselling relevant products and repairs.

The role offers a base salary up to £32,000 per year plus a realistic £36,000 OTE through an uncapped bonus structure, with hours Monday to Friday 8:00–17:30 and Saturdays on

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in motor trade service advising or high-volume customer service roles.
• Strong communication and organized booking/call management.
• Ability to explain technical items simply and upsell services.
• Valid Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Smart, positive, team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage inbound/outbound service calls.
• Coordinate with the workshop and update customers on progress.
• Book vehicles into the workshop and plan service visits.
• Upsell relevant products and repairs where appropriate.
