The role emphasizes upselling vehicle health check recommendations, delivering a positive 5-star experience, and working Monday to Friday with a Saturday on rotation. A base salary of £33,000 plus bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor/Service Writer or automotive customer service.
• Excellent communication and a customer-first mindset.
• Confident using workshop management systems and computer tools.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Handle service bookings and customer queries.
• Explain vehicle health checks and quotes to customers.
• Coordinate with workshop technicians to prepare repair estimates.
• Drive end-to-end customer satisfaction.
