Responsibilities

• As an Automation Support Analyst, you will ensure the smooth operation of our Speed Applications and support our RPA platform.
• You will collaborate with various teams including Automation, IT and business stakeholders to deliver exceptional support to optimise automation performance.
• Investigating and resolving issues
• Monitoring our support system
• Ensuring the platforms are functioning properly and rectify any issues that may arise
• Performing platform maintenance
• Providing management information support including reports that provide insight into system performance
• Assisting with administration linked to various applications
• Taking ownership and rectifying support issues
• Communicating with customers to understand and support their needs
• Escalating any complex issues

Qualifications

• Technical proficiency and knowledge of HTML, SQL, Google Apps Script, BigQuery, Android, Excel and automation techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well within a team
• Willingness to learn
• You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
