Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor or automotive customer support role (preferable).
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and managing vehicle service appointments and repairs.
• Advising customers on necessary maintenance and repair work clearly and accurately.
• Coordinating with workshop technicians to monitor job progress and completion.
