Wolverhampton Mercedes-Benz is recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team on site. You will be a team player with exceptional communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor with strong communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training and development.

Responsibilities

• Book MOTs, services and other repair work for customers.
• Advise customers about warranty cover and upsell parts/accessories.
• Coordinate with Aftersales to schedule appointments based on workload.
• Manage a high-volume of customers and calls daily.
• Inform customers of turnaround times and provide status updates.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update booking systems.
