Group 1 Automotive is seeking a Service Advisor for Mercedes-Benz Hertford. You will be the main point of contact for customers while their vehicles are in for maintenance, ensuring clear communication and a trusted, seamless service experience.

You’ll build product knowledge throughBrand-led training and actively promote additional services to help maintain vehicle health and boost service revenue, while coordinating appointments and keeping records up to date.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and upsell services.
• Strong time management under pressure.
• Experience in a target-driven environment is desirable.
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Warmly welcome and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner throughout the day.
• Keep customers informed on progress of vehicle repairs with transparency and trust.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge through manufacturer-led training.
• Actively promote additional services and repairs based on technician recommendations.
• Schedule vehicles for appointments in the workshop accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct pre-appointment calls to confirm bookings and address questions.
• Maintain up-to-date customer records in our systems.
