Job summary

Maidstone Mercedes-Benz, part of Lookers Motor Group Limited, is recruiting a Service Advisor to join the Aftersales Team on site. You will book MOTs and services, advise on warranties, upsell parts, and coordinate with the Aftersales department to manage appointment schedules.

The role requires strong customer service skills, energetic teamwork, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly. Training and progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive Aftersales environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly and simply.

Responsibilities

• Booking MOTs, services and other repair work for customers.
• Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling parts/accessories.
• Liaising with Aftersales to schedule appointments based on workload.
• Managing high daily customer interactions and phone/email queries.
• Informing customers of turnaround times and updating records.
• Maintain accurate customer records and booking data.
