Job summary

Sytner Group is seeking a Trainee Service Advisor for Mercedes-Benz of Teesside. You will manage booking calls, schedule appointments, and support the workshop team while delivering excellent customer care.

Training from our in-house team and Mercedes-Benz will develop your organisational and communication abilities in a busy dealer environment. The role adapts to a fast-paced environment with flexible patterns, including weekends, to maintain peak service levels.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn with full training provided by in-house Learning & Development and Mercedes-Benz manufacturer training.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Experience in customer service, especially in busy or call-handling environments, would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Schedule customer bookings, manage inbound and outbound calls, and ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Support Service Advisors and act as a link between customers and the workshop.
• Keep customers informed on service progress and provide clear, confident advice on products and services.
