GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Autism Teaching Assistant (TA) to join a welcoming and forward-thinking school in Tower Hamlets. Key Responsibilities of Autism TA:

Deliver 1:1 support to students with Autism and complex needs using a child-centred approach

Assist with daily classroom tasks and promote inclusive learning

Implement strategies to support pupils’ communication, learning, and social development

Adapt learning resources and activities to suit individual needs

Collaborate with class teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to create personalised learning plans

Encourage student independence, confidence, and resilience
