Qualifications

• Understanding and previous experience with CQC required.
• Preparedness to work un-social hours on a rota including evenings and weekends.
• Experience with autism and behaviour that challenges.

Responsibilities

• Support and mentor staff within the service.
• Onboard new starters ensuring role understanding.
• Maintain care and support plans.
• Provide on call support to colleagues as needed.
• Ensure the service operates to budget.
