A leading educational institution in the United Kingdom seeks an organised and proactive Attendance and Safeguarding Administrator. In this role, you will support the Safeguarding Officer and Designated Safeguarding Leads to ensure student safety and attendance. The ideal candidate should be proficient in IT, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail. This part-time role offers a salary of £13,623–£14,520, with a focus on term-time duties.
We are seeking to appoint an organised and proactive Attendance and Safeguarding Administrator to support the Safeguarding, Attendance and Wellbeing Officer and Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs) in ensuring the safety, welfare and attendance of students in Years 7–13. The role involves delivering efficient administrative support across safeguarding and attendance procedures, working with staff and external agencies, and providing a professional, helpful service to students, families and visitors.
The ideal candidate will be confident using a range of IT packages and will bring a warm and professional approach to all interactions. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail. A positive, adaptable mindset, along with the ability to remain calm, organised and focused in a busy environment, is essential.
• Support safeguarding and attendance procedures for students Years 7–13
• Work with staff and external agencies to maintain student safety and welfare
• Provide a professional, helpful service to students, families and visitors

Working hours: 22–22.5 hours per week, spread across 3 days (specific days to be agreed with the successful candidate). Monday to Thursday 8:30 am–4:30 pm and Friday 8:30 am–4:00 pm.
Salary: Scale 4 SCP 7‑11, dependent on skills. £26,403 – £28,142 full‑time equivalent. Pro‑rated to £13,623 – £14,520 for 22 hours, term‑time only.
Start date: as soon as possible.
