Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our hospital team. You are a results-driven professional who thrives in a pressured environment, effectively managing safe hospital discharges while ensuring performance targets are achieved. Your expertise in multi-disciplinary assessments and safeguarding will be crucial to our success., As a Duty Manager, you will oversee daily discharges using the D2A pathway and manage Pathway 3 placements. This role requires triaging cases in collaboration with the Hillingdon HUB and managing out-of-borough hospital referrals. You will attend conference calls with health professionals to deliver timely results, supervise staff, allocate cases, and manage stepdown beds. Additionally, you will fulfill the role of Safeguarding Manager, attending weekly meetings to track the progression of investigations, while also handling a small caseload of complex cases.
