A leading visual effects company is seeking an Associate Talent Manager to manage artists and facilitate their career progressions. The role includes overseeing scheduling, resolving concerns, and partnering with recruiters. We are looking for a collaborative leader who reflects the innovative spirit, creative talent, and passion for great filmmaking that define Industrial Light & Magic. The Associate Talent Manager is responsible for managing ILM artists within designated departments with the support and guidance of Senior Talent Manager(s) and the Director of Talent. Working closely with Production and Studio Management, this role ensures proper casting and the efficient completion of projects.
This role is Hybrid, which means the employee will be required to work 2 days on-site per week at a Company designated location, and occasionally from home.
