A leading defence technology company based in Malvern is seeking an Associate Systems Engineer to provide technical support for various projects. In this role, you will engage with external stakeholders to understand their needs and collaborate with project teams to ensure effective technical designs. A strong background in engineering or a related field is essential, alongside a degree in a relevant discipline. As an Associate Systems Engineer, you will help our customers to respond to ever evolving threats, based on our expertise in secured navigation, training, secure communication platforms, intelligence, surveillance and cyber security. Day‑to‑day, you’ll deliver mission‑winning innovation into global defence, security, and critical national infrastructure markets providing high quality, independent technical advice to a wide range of customers, in support of major acquisition programmes, and developing our own range of world‑leading products.
Previous experience in an Engineering or Science‑based role is an advantage. A Degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering or technical discipline is required. Professional qualification or working towards one is preferred.
