A prominent law firm in Cardiff seeks a legal professional with 4–8 years PQE to manage complex property and affairs cases. We are currently recruiting across three key locations: Bristol, Cardiff, and Southampton.
The Court of Protection is the judicial body responsible for making decisions relating to the property and financial affairs and health and welfare of individuals who lack capacity to do so themselves. Our Court of Protection team is ranked Tier 1 in the Legal 500 and specialises in managing the property and financial affairs of individuals who lack mental capacity. We support clients who have lost capacity due to serious injury, medical negligence, birth injuries, or age‑related conditions such as dementia.
