Associate, Share Plans Advisory Job Description
Overview

The Associate, Share Plans Advisory , will provide expert day-to-day advice to clients, supporting the Executives in connection with the full portfolio of share plans events and the on-boarding of new clients. You will help to build and maintain relationships with clients and their advisers andmunicate the desires of the clients to the operational teams, ensuring an understanding of the clients' challenges and goals. The role holder will support the expansion and implementation of new initiatives and services to meet the future needs of MUFG Pension & Market Services and its clients.

The role is based from our stunning office on Lime Street in London on a hybrid basis , so you'll need to be within amutable distance to ensure you can be in the office with your colleagues each week.

What you need
  • Demonstrable Share Plans knowledge and experience so you can join and hit the ground running - you can learn our share plans systems
  • Exceptional verbal and writtenmunication skills, with the ability to actively listen
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in everything you do
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and clients
  • Strong PC skills, particularly an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Self-motivation! This is an absolute must, along with exceptional time management and the ability to keep several plates spinning at one time
  • A strong customer service ethic, with a passion for supporting colleagues and clients
  • A pro-active, highly self-motivated personality, be a fast learner and have the drive and desire to succeed in your role
  • Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team or on your own initiative
  • The ability to explainplex information in simple terms, amending your delivery style depending on the individual you are liaising with
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to solve problems and handleplaints
  • Strong problem solving skills, with the ability to handleplaints if they arise
It would be nice to have
  • Experience in Share Registration or another Financial Services sector
Day to Day, you will
  • Plan client event projects for Share Plans Advisory andmunicate event parameters to key business areas
  • Handle enquiries from clients, advisors and other business contacts
  • Support Executives within the team by attending client and advisor project meetings, in addition to participating in project conference calls
  • Draft and oversee the preparation and mailing of shareholder invitations or result documents
  • Ensure management information records are maintained and support client feedback surveys
  • Support colleagues in day-to-day duties, helping to develop and maintain strategic relationships and implement new initiatives
  • Draft agreements with clients and initiate the proofing and printing of documents
  • Identify bank accounts to be opened and oversee the issue of client invoices
  • Review and providements on a variety of documents
  • Work with data and set up core systems and portals to facilitate the administration, handling and employee experience for share plan events
