Team

The Healthcare division at Kennedys offers comprehensive legal services to NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts and medical malpractice insurers for private hospitals, clinics and practitioners. We are renowned for our ability to handle high-stakes and sensitive cases, often involving intricate legal and medical issues. Our deep understanding of the health and social care sector and robust legal expertise makes us a trusted partner for clients navigating the complexities of medical malpractice. The team provides detailed advice on medical insurance coverage, health law and regulatory matters, ensuring clients receive thorough and informed guidance. In addition to our advisory role, the team represents clients at inquests and judicial reviews, demonstrating our commitment to supporting clients through complex legal processes. Our presence across key locations, including London, Cambridge, Sheffield, Birmingham, Newcastle, and several global offices, ensures we can offer local and international support.
