Location: Cardiff

Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with flexible working options)

Salary: £50,000 - £75,000 (dependent on experience)

A leading law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 3+ years' post-qualification experience to join its thriving Built Environment team in Cardiff. The Role

You'll be responsible for:

  • Advising on a broad range of property development and regeneration matters
  • Drafting and negotiating development agreements, options, promotion agreements, and joint ventures
  • Supporting senior lawyers on complex transactions and projects
  • Managing your own caseload with autonomy and confidence
  • Building strong client relationships and engaging in business development
  • Collaborating with colleagues across multiple offices and undertaking short-term client secondments
Candidate Requirements

This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:

  • 3+ years PQE in real estate or property development
  • Strong technical and drafting skills with commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Confidence in managing matters independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
