Overview

Hutsman are delighted to be supporting one of our long-term consultancy clients with the appointment of an Associate Project Manager to be the day-to-day lead on a Build to Rent scheme based in London.

This firm is becoming a recognised name in the Built Environment arena and has a brilliant Senior Leadership team who have been instrumental in growing the business and driving forward its success.

Located in London's West End, this boutique consultancy have built a very strong reputation across several residential markets. This role is a new appointment due to a recent project win and you will be responsible for the day to day project management of a large scale Build to Rent scheme for one of the firm's clients.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day project management lead on a large-scale Build to Rent scheme. Manage client expectations and coordinate project delivery across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven track record on high rise residential developments.
• Have worked for either a Tier 1 Main Contractor, Developer or Project Management Consultancy.
• Be familiar with JCT Contracts. Those coming from Consultancy will be expected to have proven Employer's Agent experience.
• Have operated in a client facing role and can manage multiple stakeholders.

Benefits

Base salary of up to £85,000 plus a benefits package, clear progression route to Associate Director and a good working environment. 1 day per week of flexibility. The firm is ambitious and looking to grow considerably in the next couple of years.
