Supporting the growth and success of our Oncology (OMT) brand is at the heart of this role. As a Quantitative Research Director, you will be instrumental in driving our research initiatives and fostering collaboration with the business development team to explore new opportunities. Your Oncology expertise will be key in designing cutting-edge research strategies and ensuring their successful implementation. Moreover, your mentorship will inspire and guide our researchers to excel in their methodologies and techniques, elevating the overall quality of our work. Responsibilities

What you will do:

  • Oncology Expertise: Take a leadership role as a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the oncology field. Your deep understanding of quantitative methodologies will be pivotal in driving strategic initiatives and mentoring the next generation of consultants.
  • Client Engagement: Immerse yourself in our clients' businesses, becoming their trusted advisor. Identify their unique challenges and proactively offer innovative solutions. Your consultative approach will ensure we deliver exceptional research and consulting projects, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Business Development: Play a pivotal role in expanding our oncology services. Collaborate with diverse teams to develop cross-domain solutions, strengthening our market position. Engage in thought‑leadership activities to establish our brand as a beacon of excellence in oncology research.
  • Project Leadership: Oversee high‑value projects, providing strategic direction and mentorship to research teams. Craft compelling proposals, ensuring client satisfaction and project success. Your analytical prowess will be key in delivering insights that drive tangible business outcomes.
  • Mentorship and Team Development: Nurture a culture of growth and excellence. Mentor junior team members, providing on‑the‑job coaching and learning opportunities. Foster a feedback‑rich environment, promoting continuous improvement and a solution‑oriented mindset.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Marketing, Quantitative, Statistics, or a scientific field (e.g., Medical degree with Oncology expertise).
  • 10+ years of experience in oncology with a quantitative focus; pharma/biotech industry experience preferred.
  • English fluency (C2 level) is essential. Additional languages are considered a strong asset.
  • Proven client management skills, including relationship‑building and needs anticipation.
  • Financial acumen with project budgeting and growth strategy experience.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with a problem‑solving mindset.
  • Leadership abilities and mentorship experience in team development.
  • Proficiency in internal process management and cross‑functional collaboration.
