Role overview

The SAP ERP Associate Partner will :

• Own and grow a portfolio of SAP clients, identifying and closing opportunities across S / 4HANA implementations, conversions, rollouts and AMS.
• Lead end‑to‑end SAP transformation engagements, from strategy and roadmap through to delivery assurance, adoption and value realisation.

Key responsibilities

• Shape SAP solution proposals (e.g. S / 4HANA, SAP BTP, industry solutions), working with sales, solution architects and delivery leads to define scope, approach and commercials.
• Act as executive sponsor or programme lead on major SAP programmes, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery and high client satisfaction.
• Build and mentor SAP consulting teams, contributing to recruitment, capability development and performance management.
• Develop SAP‑focused thought leadership and market messaging to strengthen the consultancy’s SAP brand and differentiate offerings.

Skills and experience

• Extensive SAP consulting experience (ECC and / or S / 4HANA) with a track record of leading large, multi‑stream SAP programmes.
• Strong business development skills, including pipeline management, SAP proposal leadership and C‑suite relationship building.
• Deep understanding of target industries, SAP best practices and how SAP enables digital and operational transformation.
